I work with people with injuries who need specialized personal workouts to support recovery as well and beginner folks who have never had a personal trainer.

In this ccatigory we get to work hard, cfreating a fufilling and difficult workout that helps you reach your goals faster or mayby you are traing for a marathon or event.
