Meet Gennie
Gennie didn’t get into fitness to chase perfection—she got into it because movement helped her heal.
After working through injuries and leaning on exercise to support her mental health, she discovered something unexpected: she was capable of way more than she thought. (Like… a lot more.)
Now she helps others experience that too.
Her approach blends strength training, solid body mechanics, and intuitive awareness—so yes, you might lift weights… but you’ll also learn how to actually listen to your body while you do it.
Gennie loves working with people who want to feel better in their bodies, get stronger, and maybe even enjoy the process (wild, right?).
Clients come to her with all kinds of targets, but what they usually say after working together is simple:
“I just feel better.”
She holds her clients in a space of possibility—helping them drop old stories about their bodies and discover what’s actually possible now.
